Washington, DC – On Wednesday, the Secretary of the United States Department of Agriculture announced that Sutton County and six additional contiguous Texas counties are designated as primary natural disaster areas due to recent drought conditions. These additional counties include Crockett, Edwards, Kimble, Menard, Schleicher and Val Verde.
