WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Jeff Hurd (CO-03) introduced H.R.1125, the Local Opportunities, Conservation, and American Lands Act (LOCAL) act, which will relocate the Bureau of Land Management’s headquarters to Grand Junction, Colorado. President Trump completed this move in his first term; however, it was reversed under the Biden-Harris administration.
